The entire body is massaged (head, face, torso, back, arms, buttocks, legs, and feet included). The feet, scalp, and face are not massaged in the 1-hour option. I use gentle, fluid, and enveloping movements in a relaxing atmosphere enhanced by soothing music. I also incorporate techniques such as kneading, friction, and vibration to relax muscles and promote blood and lymphatic circulation.
